Celebrating Australian Music brings the vibrant and eclectic world of Australian music right to the heart of London this November with MUSIC OF OZ. Find out more about some of the highlights of this exciting concert.
Celebrating Australian Music’s Music of Oz connects the old country to the new with composers including Percy Grainger, Arthur Benjamin and Edgar Bainton to the fresh home-grown musical language of Peter Sculthorpe, Wendy Hiscocks, Robert Burrell, Carl Vine and one time Master of the Queen’s Music, Malcolm Williamson.

Tracing the journey of identity which today places Australian music firmly on the world stage, this fascinating musical programme will be performed by star soloists on piano, violin, cello and organ together with two renowned vocalists. This concert will present Australian music of the past and present in a celebration of the musical culture of this diverse, vast and geographically remote Pacific continent.
